Hypnotherapy is a natural state of consciousness when the mind becomes inwardly focused and open to Subconscious memories and experiences, during which positive suggestions and guided imagery can be used to help individuals deal with a variety of concerns and issues.

Hypnotic trance is a natural altered state of awareness where one can speak to the subconscious mind and help to transform a thought process into another.  

 

Often, we go through traumatic events and our subconscious has a very protective way of not letting you repeat the same danger and will overlay fear when faced with the possibility of that same danger.

Trance allows you to speak directly to the subconscious mind and let it know that danger is no longer present, and the fear is not needed anymore. For example, if you were once barked at as a child when petting a dog and it ‘shocked’ you, you may now feel fear near dogs because you encountered that ‘shock’ as a child, this memory is probably buried amidst the many childhood memories and not something you will necessarily recall, hypnotherapy will work with your subconscious mind and let it know that it no longer has anything to fear and therefore removing that fear reaction when near a dog, going from ’ I am afraid of dogs’, to ‘I no longer need to be scared of dogs’.

 

It can be used for many things and assist you in all area’s, that certain habit you want to reduce / stop, need help sleeping, Phobias, assistance with exams or interviews etc. its an amazing therapy that can help in many areas that you might require support with.

This therapy is aimed to aid you and to really help with those concerns that aren’t quite reachable from the conscious mind.

You're fully in control when under hypnosis and do not have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don’t want too, and If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state at any time during the session.

The first session will be free consultation session, please leave an hour for this, we will discuss what you would like to work on, we will discuss the hypnotherapy options available, if you will require a personalised script or if deeper techniques will be required, and we will discuss how many sessions may be required, I am qualified in advanced hypnotherapy and personalised script writing to give you deeper subconscious connection. 

Further sessions please leave 40 - 50 minutes.
